Terms of Service

To Know:

• I pick the order I would like to do the commissions based on which ones appeal to me more.

• Submitting a commission form does not guarantee yours will get accepted.

• Payment is not required until a rough sketch is provided by me, and I will not continue the commission until I receive payment.

• You get a 20% discount if you get a commission of my own characters!

• If you want multiple characters in the same piece, the prices of each character will be added based on what level of rendering you want and how much of the body is shown.

• If a design is complex there is the possibility of an upcharge upfront.

• Visual reference is not necessary but encouraged.

• If you want to add a background to any of these options, additional fees will vary based on complexity.

• Paleoart will have an upcharge of 20% percent for research purposes unless you provide the references/information yourself.

• I can turn down any commission until I receive payment.

Backgrounds / Scenes / Landscapes / Etc.:
 

• Commissions that are just backgrounds / scenes / landscapes / etc. will vary in price based on complexity

• Paleoart will have a 25% upcharge if the piece features an animal and a landscape for research purposes unless you provide the references/information yourself.

Commercial Commissions:

• Commissions for commercial use will have to be discussed privately and pricing depends on the use of the artwork.
